Then add enough Saindhavalavana to taste. Salt can be added if Saindhava Lavana is not available.

Then turn off the stove and put the java in a glass and add a pinch of pepper powder and half a lemon juice and mix it. Drinking this java will make your bones strong. Cooking this flour makes it easier to digest. Pepper powder also helps in reducing problems like cold and phlegm in the body.
