For this the first ingredients we need are one cup of almonds, one cup of cashews, one cup of krismis, one cup of fruit dates, one cup of curd. Before making this lassi, almonds and cashews should be soaked for six hours. Remove the seeds from the dates. Peel the soaked almonds. Now take a mixing jar and add pre-soaked cashews, almonds, raisins and dates in it and mix it.
Add a cup of curd to the paste mixed like this and mix it like a lassi. Take this mixture in a glass. This is how our natural sweet lassi is made. The dates used in this are natural. So there is no need to use sugar. It is delicious by using sweet curd for this. It is cool by wearing any earthenware for coolness. Good nutrients are also available.
