Patalgaruni, Broom Creeper, Jal Zamani are some of the common names of the medicinal herb Coculus hirsutus. This medicinal plant is known as Doosara Teega in Telugu. It is used in Ayurvedic medicine since ancient times for the treatment of various diseases across India, Africa and China.
