Punarnava can be said to be a new structure in the body and revitalization of damaged organs. It is also known as Tella Galizeru in Telugu. This dry leaf extract has been proven by test tube studies. This leaf is effective in preventing blood cancer and leukemia. It also controls the sugar level, which is very useful in reducing inflammation in the body as proved by the Natural Institute of Educational and Pharmaceutical Research Punjab in 2014.
