Normal sambar lacks nutrients. It is like water mixed with salt and pepper. But this kadamba sambar rice is very healthy. Ingredients for making Kadamba Rice Sambar. One cup of raw rice, half a cup of dal, half a cup of pesara, 2 cups of tomato paste, one cup of eggplant slices, one cup of sweet potato slices, half a cup of carrot slices, half a cup of pumpkin slices, half a cup of radish plants, half a cup of zucchini slices, one tablespoon of date paste. spoon, cumin one tablespoon, lemon juice one tablespoon, Megada one tablespoon.
Take one spoon of sambar powder, one tablespoon of megada and a little coriander. First we have to cook all the vegetables that we have taken. Put sweet potato pieces, carrot pieces, zucchini pieces, radish plants, pumpkin pieces, eggplant pieces in it and cover it and let these vegetable pieces cook in steam. In another small cooker, take three rice, wash them and put kandipapu pesarpapu in it. Boil them in tomato paste with water and add that juice and cook it instead of me by adding this tomato juice.

Then turn off the stove and add the cooked vegetable pieces to the dal and normally less pieces are used in sambar but we use three times more. Because consuming more vegetables is very good for health. Add cooked dal rice to these vegetables and mix well. Add a little sambar powder and mix it with date paste, finally add grated coconut and cover it and keep it for five to ten minutes. Now sprinkle coriander in the Kadamba rice.
Turn off the stove and serve. Finally add a little lemon juice to make it taste better. Even children love to eat it.
