If you take it, it will lead to the formation of stones like gravel in the kidney… – Our health

Kidney stones are calcium oxalate crystals. Lately these have become a big problem. Now let’s understand how these are made and why they are made. Our body makes some products. Oxalites are produced as end products while making these. These should be removed by cleaning the body from time to time. The liver breaks down the oxalites released in the body. And some oxalites go to the kidneys. They are broken down by the kidneys and excreted through urine.

If all the oxalites released in this way are periodically passed out through the urine, stones will not form. Urine formation is low in most people due to drinking less water. Therefore, oxalites that should be passed through urine remain in the blood instead of being excreted. Thus the oxalites remaining in the blood combine with calcium to form calcium oxalate stones. If these are high then calcium absorption is also reduced. These also cause similar damage.

Some oxalites released in the intestines are also excreted in the feces. Therefore, by drinking more fresh water and consuming more fiber food, oxalites are flushed out through motion. So stones formation is more likely to occur due to not drinking much fresh water. This is how what is made in the body is lost. This is the first reason. Secondly, oxalites can also pass through food from the outside. Above all, leafy greens contain oxalites.

Things like lettuce have even more. Almost 70% of oxalites are destroyed when food is cooked and eaten. They are mostly found in tomatoes and lettuce. There is no harm caused by these as we heat them and eat them. Apart from these, some dark chocolate and some types of cold drinks are high in oxalites. If these things do not come out, they will form under the stones. It means that the oxalites coming from outside should not be formed under the stones, that is, if you make a good habit like drinking four to five liters of fresh water a day, you can reduce it from getting stones in the kidney.
