Nowadays people of all ages are suffering from joint pain, back pain, neck pain and knee pain. Despite using various medicines for it, there is no relief. Using small tips like these can provide some relief. For this we first need to take aloe vera gel and keep it aside for about ten minutes.

Then again apply mustard oil on the back of the leaves and warm it. Then turn off the stove and apply the mixture we have prepared earlier on the painful part and apply mustard oil and put the heated Jilledu leaves on the inner side of the heated part and tie it tightly with a rope.

Applying this on the painful area relieves the pain. Apply it at night before going to bed and leave it till morning. If you follow this tip for two or three days in a row, it will also reduce the pains that have kept you immobile for many days. This tip works wonders in reducing any kind of pain like knee pain, neck pain, back pain, elbow pain, neck pain. Those who are tired of using many medicines should try this tip once. There will be a good result. A single application will provide relief.
