For those who don’t want castor oil, just apply one of the oil you use regularly. Take one cup of coconut oil in a bowl.

Take a carrot and peel it and grate it finely. Add coconut oil to this grater and put it on the stove and turn it on and keep the flame close to it and mix it until all the moisture in it is still gone. Then switch off the stove and strain the oil. This oil can be stored in any glass bottle. When the oil is warm, apply it from the roots to the ends of the hair. After applying it can be left as is.

Bathe two or three times a week. It can be used regularly. No, daily bathers should apply at night and shower in the morning. Carrots provide adequate amounts of beta-carotene for the head. Carrots are also rich in vitamin A. It helps in making hair follicles strong. It also reduces dandruff if the scalp is dry.
