Peanuts have many health benefits depending on how we use them. Now let’s learn how to make peanut curd at home. Cow’s milk or buffalo’s milk is not suitable for many people nowadays. They have to rely on other milk as an alternative due to lactose allergy. Regular milk provides 80-90% energy. The same peanut milk provides 5 or 6 times more energy than these.
Regular milk contains cholesterol. But peanut milk does not contain cholesterol. and high protein. It has five to six times more protein than regular milk. So using these provides very good nutrients. Now let’s learn how to make such peanut milk. Take quarter kg of groundnuts and pour water in them and soak them for four hours. Remove the soaked peanuts from the water and wash them well.
After that put the soaked peanuts in a mixing jar and add some water and mix it like a soft paste. After mixing like this, strain the peanut paste into a bowl with the help of a dry cloth. After doing this, put the rest of the paste in the mixing jar again, add some water and mix it. The resulting paste should be strained again. By doing this, peanut milk is prepared. Now take this milk in a kadai and let it boil a little.
Now let’s make peanut curd. For this, take a spoonful of curd in a bowl and whisk it well. After that add warm peanut milk and keep it aside for five to six hours. After that, peanut curd is ready. It is a very healthy yogurt. Also very strong. Plus zero cholesterol yogurt. So by making and using this curd it gives us good health as well as energy. So everyone use it….
