There are many different treatments out there to help regrow the lost hair and you don’t have to invest large sums of money at all. Follow this process step by step and you will have healthy and strong looking hair in just 10 days.
Step 1: Stay away from styling tools(ex: blow drying, straighteners ) and chemical products(Hair dyes).
Giving your hair some days off is going to save the life of your hair. Styling tools like blow drying curling straightening can take a toll on hair leaving it dry dull and prone to repair/breakage. Refrain from using styling products like mousses gels and hair sprays to become chemical free.
Step 2: Massage.
Head massage is essential to promote hair growth. Use your fingertips and massage your scalp gently to stimulate circulation and help drain toxins end the massage by running your fingers through your hair. You can do this with or without oil, but it’s recommended to use coconut oil, castor oil, olive oil, almond oil, Argan oil or sesame oil massage for 10 minutes each day to see progress.
