Numbness means lack of touch sensation. Numbness in the hands and feet is a very common symptom. But in some people this problem occurs very often and lasts for a long time, causing problems to come. The technical Ayurvedic term for this condition is ‘Supti Wata’ in Ayurveda. Sleep means sleep.
Causes
Causes of numbness in the hands and feet –
Catching cold objects, staying in the cold

If the condition persists for a long time, it can spread to other parts of the body. In a diabetic patient, this can lead to untreated injuries to the patient. Varicose veins, deep vein thrombosis, peripheral neuritis, etc. are also some of the problems.

Sensation of touch is caused by a common air defect and can also cause skin bile. Therefore, cramps are imbalanced when there is rheumatism and bile bugs.

The way of treatment of gout (gouty arthritis) – to soothe the stake and quail, here is a good alternative treatment using cold and hot medications is effective.
In the case of hidden causes such as diabetes or underlying tumor, the relevant cause should be treated, lowering blood sugar levels, treating the tumor or cancer, etc.
Tips to prevent cramps
If you have leg cramps, try moving the limb.

Do not sit or sleep in the same position for long periods of time.
Numbness in the legs during pregnancy is more likely due to the pressure of the pregnancy on the back. Try to change sleeping posture and sitting posture frequently.
